Attorney Joyce Riccio started her law practice in 1981 and has served the Fairfield and New Haven County community in the areas of Family Law for over 30 years.
Attorney Riccio’s Family Law services includes divorce, child custody, alimony, post judgment contempt, post judgment modification, and relocation.
As a Family Law Attorney, Joyce has successfully resolved hundreds of cases without need for trial. As a Family Law litigator, she has extensive courtroom and trial experience.
While her practice focuses mainly on Family Law, Joyce is also an experienced mediator and arbitrator. She received a 40-hour certification in mediation and arbitration training in 2004 and continued her education in this practice by completing an additional 40-hour certification in 2016.
Attorney Riccio’s experience, genuine concern for clients, and ability to work with everyone involved to resolve issues will benefit you in reaching an equitable resolution. If a resolution is not reached, Joyce’s litigation experience is beyond comparison.
Joyce is a Connecticut native and life-long resident of Fairfield County. She is a passionate foodie and world traveler. Joyce co-chairs the Women and Heart Disease fundraiser through St.Vincent’s Medical Center and has helped to raise $450,000 for education and prevention of heart disease.
